I’m totally overwhelmed by the blizzard of well-wishes and congrats that came in yesterday! Thank you!
So, as promised, today I’m posting a little wrap-up of our wedding day!
We didn’t have much of a ceremony… we just met a Justice of the Peace at a local park (which was beautiful in the fall foliage) and said our vows. We were very happy to grab the date 11-11-11!
After the (5 minute) ceremony, we were all smiles!

And then we went on with our days as usual. I headed to the yarn store and squeezed in some more rows on my Stripe Study Shawl (I LOVE it!):

We capped off the day with a nice dinner… it was a lovely day! Thank you so much for all of the congratulations… and tomorrow I’ll return to my regularly-scheduled crochet topics!

Congratulations to you both! Sounds like you had a lovely day.
Oh that looks like the perfect kind of wedding. You both look so happy, just they way it should be. Congratulations.
Congratulations to you both. Your day sounds similar to how my husband and I got married. We eloped at the courthouse (5 minutes), went home to change, decided to head to a museum to look around, went home and relaxed, and then I met his dad and stepmom over dinner. A very casual day for us – almost 15 years ago!
I love it :) You two look so happy and the park is GORGEOUS!
Sounds like a wonderful day! Congratulations to you both.
Congrats on your wedding. I pray many happy years to come :)
