About FreshStitches

The idea for FreshStitches began in 2008 when crochet designer, Stacey Trock, noticed a distinct lack of patterns for big and cuddly stuffed animals. Gobble, Gobble! This cute Turkey is the perfect way to celebrate Thanksgiving… he’s cuddly, festive and vegetarian-friendly!

Alvin measures 8.5″ tall when crocheted with a worsted weight yarn.

Materials Required

Ella Rae Classic is the yarn used in the sample: Brown (125 yds), red (40 yds) and yellow (35 yds). This pattern can be used with any weight yarn, but plan on using more yardage for bulkier yarns.
