Pattern Purchases
We will email your pattern to the email address provided to us by PayPal. It is important to make sure that your email address is correct, because we have no other way to contact you.
Refunds
We cannot offer refunds on pattern purchases. If you accidentally delete your pattern, we will mail you another copy within 60 days of your original purchase (please have your PayPal receipt).
Distribution
These patterns are for personal use only. You can make as many items using the pattern as you would like, but you may not sell the pattern or sell any animals that you have made using a FreshStitches pattern. All patterns are protected by copywright.
