Today’s the day… Tim and I are moving from New Haven, CT to Ithaca, NY! We’ll be living in Ithaca for a year before heading out to Minneapolis. (You don’t need to tell me… that’s a lot of moving!)
We’ve been living in New Haven for 2 years, and we’ve absolutely loved it! I’m going to miss my yarn store, Knit New Haven tremendously, as well as all of the other friends we’ve made and places we’ve discovered.
I’ve even become a (semi-)permanent fixture in the city… by appearing on a public art installation on the underpass near our (old) house (just installed last week!):
How cool is that?
We spent our last weekend in Connecticut eating some of our New England favorites, including a hot lobster roll:
And, of course, packing our U-haul…
Fortunately, all of our stuff fit inside!
So, now, we’re on the road! Wish us a smooth ride!
