The idea for FreshStitches began in 2008 when crochet designer, Stacey Trock, noticed a distinct lack of patterns for big and cuddly stuffed animals. What a cutie! How can you resist those big eyes? Roosevelt is an adorable monster… perfect for little ones, because he’s not too scary! And, he’ll look great in any color combination… limited only by your imagination!

Roosevelt measures about 7″ tall when crocheted with a worsted weight yarn.

Materials Required

Blue Sky Alpacas Worsted Cotton is the yarn used in sample. Less than one skein (150 yards) of pink, yellow and white are required. This pattern can be used with any weight yarn, but plan on using more yardage for bulkier yarns.
