Doug measures 7.5 inches tall when made with worsted weight yarn.

Want a bigger or smaller Bird? Use thicker or thinner yarn!

Difficulty

This is an easy pattern, best for beginners who have made at least one basic amigurumi already.

  • 3 colors of worsted weight yarn (less than a skein of each of Plymouth Galway): coral, grey and light pink
  • Size H crochet hook (or size appropriate for yarn chosen)
  • Polyester stuffing
  • two 9 mm black eyes
  • Tapestry needle
  • Locking stitch markers
