I have some very exciting finished objects to show off!
Pineapple Doily Shawl
I talked about the mini-crocheting disaster I had with this shawl on my podcast, but I’m happy to report that I’ve finished my pineapple shawl!
The pattern is available as a Ravelry download. Don’t you love it? I haven’t gotten the chance to take fancy photos yet… but I hope you can see enough of the fab stitch pattern!
Buttercup
This week, I finished knitting my buttercup:
It’s a shop sample for my LYS, and it’s knit with Lang Seta Tweed, a silk and cotton blend yarn. It was really yummy to work with… and this pattern is adorable! I think I’m going to make another for myself.
A blue owl
I also crocheted a blue owl:
He’s my newest sample… modeling off my new colorway of owl kits! So much fun!
This weekend, I’m visiting Santa Cruz and San Francisco… I’m hoping to get lots of knitting/crocheting done to show off to you on WIP Wednesday!
Thanks for stopping by and reading! If you want to see more great finished items… make sure to visit Tami’s Amis blog, the organizer of this great FO Friday theme!
I hope you have an awesome and craft-filled weekend!

That blue owl is too cute! And love the buttercup!
I love the pineapple shawl. Have fun in San Francisco (one of my favorite places – I haven’t been to Santa Cruz, but have fun there, too!).
can’t wait to see more pics of the pineapple shawl – I do love pineapples… this makes me want to start another :)
The pineapple shawl is gorgeous. It makes me itch to try some more thread crochet…
And I love the buttercup, the neckline is fantastic.
