The idea for FreshStitches began in 2008 when crochet designer, Stacey Trock, noticed a distinct lack of patterns for big and cuddly stuffed animals. With his big, floppy ears and his precious eye patch, this snuggly puppy is a real cutie! And, he’s low maintenance: dog treats are optional! So, even if you don’t want your kids to have a real dog, you can treat them to this plush version… they’ll love him just as much!

Jeffrey measures 7.5″ tall when crocheted with a worsted weight yarn.

Materials Required

Brown, tan and white Ella Rae Classic (220 yards/skein) used in sample, less than one skein of each color required. This pattern can be used with any weight yarn, but plan on using more yardage for bulkier yarns.
