Happy Monday! If you’re like me, you’re so busy getting ready for the holidays that you might not be able to keep up with your usual internet-browsing… no worries! I’ve got oodles of exciting crochet news all in one place!
Free Amigurumi ebook
CrochetMe just released a free 8 pattern amigurumi ebook! If you’re super-fast, you could even crochet one of these cuties as a present!

I’m particularly excited about this ebook, because it features my own Hugo the Not-so-Hungry Hippo! Yay! Click here to download (you’ll need to register for an account, but I think it’s worth it!)
There’s the Crochet buzz! If you spot some awesomeness in the crochet world, feel free to share!
Awesome Crochet Commercial
Have you seen this new Sudafed commercial? The folks over on the Crochet Liberation Front board on Ravelry shared it… and it’s amazing! It’s all crocheted!
Crochet Charting Software
For you designers out there (professional and budding!), there’s a new charting software on the market! Check out Stitch Works Software.

I haven’t used it myself, but I’ve read good reviews! It’s software that easily allows you to create those pretty crochet charts for your own designs. Yay!
Snow-covered Ornaments
If you’re feeling Christmas-y, you’ll want to crochet these adorable snow-covered ornaments! Tangled Happy pointed me to this detailed pattern & tutorial with loads of different ideas! Try it out!

That’s the buzz for this week! If you see some awesomeness in the crochet world, don’t forget to share!

Congrats on the Hugo feature – he’s very cute!
LOL – awesome commercial :)
I was wondering what other books you have patterns in, since Hugo the Hippo is in a crochet-me book.
I have a lobster pattern in the Crochet Me Amigurumi calendar, and a whale pattern available for free on my publisher (Martingale’s) website. I think that’s it!
