Meet Lemuel the Bat
Chance that a bat in the wild has rabies: 10%. Chance that your crocheted bat will: 0%. Now, those are odds that you can cuddle! Lemuel is a big softie with huge wings, and he’s ready to celebrate Halloween (or any other batty occasion)!
Lemuel measures 8.5″ tall when crocheted with worsted weight yarn.

Black, tan and white Ella Rae Classic (220 yards/skein) used in sample, less than one skein of each color required. Add 10 yards of white yarn if you’d like to do the optional buggy eyes (see gallery below). This pattern can be used with any weight yarn, but plan on using more yardage for bulkier yarns.
